Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my small, handmade business. Every piece in my shop is carefully needle felted by hand, and I take great care to ensure each item meets your expectations before it ships.
Returns
I accept returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and undamaged
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Custom orders are created in close collaboration with the buyer. I work directly with customers throughout the process to ensure the final product meets their expectations and standards. Because these items are made specifically for you and approved through this process, returns are not accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Issues and Delays
I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays once an order has been shipped.
Return Authorization
Please contact me before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
