Thank you for supporting my small, handmade business. Every piece in my shop is carefully needle felted by hand, which means processing times may vary depending on the item.

Order Processing Times
Because all items are handmade, processing times vary depending on whether an item is in stock or made to order.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Items that are currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

• Made-to-Order and Custom Items: Items that are made to order or customized are created after your purchase. These orders require approximately 2–3 weeks after receiving your photos for completion before shipping. Processing times may vary slightly based on order complexity or volume. If additional time is needed, you will be contacted.

Shipping Times
Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier, but typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are considered final sale. After your purchase, you can contact me via the Chat feature or via email to send me your photos. Custom orders require 2-3 weeks to produce AFTER receiving your reference photos, not after the order is placed. If you have questions prior to purchasing, we encourage you to contact us.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays
While I make every effort to meet stated processing and shipping timelines, delays may occur due to handmade production, high order volume, or carrier-related issues. I appreciate your understanding.
